不同营养评估方法用于腹膜透析患者营养评估中的效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨简易营养评估法长式、简易营养评估法短式及主观综合营养评估法在腹膜透析患者营养状态评估中的应用对比。 方法 选取2014年1～12月我院收治入院的100例终末期肾病腹膜透析患者，通过主观综合营养评估法、简易营养评估法长式、简易营养评估法短式评估、人体测量和生化指标检测采集相关数据，由专业人员采用医药统计软件完成统计学分析。 结果 简易营养评估法长式、简易营养评估法短式及主观综合营养评估法三种量表与人体测量结果的卡方检验显示，Kappa分别为0.906、0.884、0.820（均≥0.75），三种评估方法的一致性程度均较好（P0.05）；不同营养状态三种量表相关指标Wilcoxon秩和检验结果显示组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 简易营养评估法长式、简易营养评估法短式及主观综合营养评估法均是评价腹膜透析患者营养状况的简单有效方法，但仍需结合其他指标作出更加准确的评估。 　　[关键词] 主观综合营养评估法；简易营养评估法；腹膜透析；营养状况；评估结果 　　[中图分类号] R459.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）10-0096-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application of long-form simple nutritional assessment， short-form simple nutritional assessment and subjective and comprehensive nutritional assessment in the assessment of nutritional condition in the patients with peritoneal dialysis. Methods 100 patients with end-stage renal diseases and peritoneal dialysis who were admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected. Related data was collected by the subjective and comprehensive nutritional assessment， long-form simple nutritional assessment， short-form simple nutritional assessment， anthropometric measuring and biochemical examination. Statistical analysis was completed by professionals with medical statistics software. Results Chi-square test of long-form simple nutritional assessment， short-form simple nutritional assessment as well as the subjective and comprehensive nutritional assessment and anthropometric measuring showed Kappa were respectively 0.906， 0.884 and 0.820（all≥0.75） and the consistency degree of the three assessment were all good （P0.05）； the related index of Wilcxon rank and test result of the different three nutritional assessment scale showed significant differences between each group（P0.05）. Conclusion long-form simple nutritional assessment， short-form simple nutritional assessment and subjective and comprehensive nutritional assessment are the simple and effective way of evaluating the nutritiona
