中医针灸疗法在脑梗死治疗中的作用分析 　　【摘要】 目的 研究中医针灸疗法在脑梗死治疗中的价值。方法 130例脑梗死患者， 根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组， 各65例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗， 观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用针灸疗法。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、神经功能缺损评分、生活自理能力。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.92%， 高于对照组的76.92%， 差异具有统计学意义（χ2=11.437， P0.05）；治疗3个月后， 观察组患者NIHSS评分明显低于对照组， ADL评分明显高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对脑梗死患者在常规治疗的基础上加用中医针灸疗法有助于提高治疗效果， 促进患者神经功能的恢复， 提高生活自理能力， 提高患者的生命质量， 值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 中医针灸疗法；脑梗死；神经功能缺损评分；生活自理能力 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.16.014 　　Analysis of effect by traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for cerebral infarction TAN Xiang-dong， LI Mei-xiang. Guangdong Dongguan City Third People’s Hospital， Dongguan 523320， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To research value by traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 130 patients with cerebral infarction were divided by different treatment measures into observation group and control group， with 65 cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug therapy， and the observation group received additional acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to treatment in the control group. Comparison was made on total effective rate in treatment， neural function defect score and self-care ability of daily living between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate in treatment as 96.92% than 76.92% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （χ2=11.437， P0.05）. After 3 months of treatment， the observation group had obviously lower NIHSS score and higher ADL score than the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Additional implement of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to conventional therapy helps improve curative effect， accelerate rehabilitation of neural function， enhance self-care ability of daily living and quality of life in patients.
