中医针灸结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果分析 　　[摘要]目的 研究中?t针灸结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法 选取2015年3月～2017年3月在我院和南昌市按摩医院接受治疗的椎动脉型颈椎病患者82例，随机将其分为对照组和治疗组，每组41例。对照组单纯采用中医针灸治疗；治疗组采用中医针灸结合推拿治疗。比较两组患者的颈椎病症状消失时间、治疗总时间、颈椎生理功能恢复正常时间、总有效率、治疗期间出现的不良反应、治疗前后临床症状评分的改善幅度。结果 治疗组患者的颈椎病症状消失时间、治疗总时间、颈椎生理功能恢复正常时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组的总有效率为90.3%，高于对照组的68.3%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组的不良反应发生率为2.4%，低于对照组的19.5%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组治疗前后临床症状评分的改善幅度大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用中医针灸结合推拿技术进行治疗，可迅速改善颈椎功能，减少不良反应，提高治疗效果。 　　[关键词]椎动脉型颈椎病；针灸；推拿；效果 　　[中图分类号] R681.5+3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（c）-0108-03 　　Clinical effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with massage in treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type 　　WEI Li-li1 CAO Jun-yong2 　　1.Department of Rehabilitation，the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University，Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330002，China；2.Nanchang Massage Hospital，Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330006，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with massage in treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods 82 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated in our hospital and Nanchang Massage Hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=41） and the control group （n=41）.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture only while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with massage.The disappear time of cervical spondylosis symptoms，total treatment time，the time of returning to normal for cervical physiological function，the total effective rate，adverse reactions during treatment and improvement of clinical symptom score before and after treatment in patients between the two groups were compared.Results The disappear time of cervical spondylosis symptoms，total treatment time，the time of returning to normal
