中医治未病思想对2型糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究中医治未病思想对2型糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果。 方法 选取我院2013年6月～2014年6月收治的2型糖尿病患者50例，随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用糖尿病基础干预，实验组在此基础上采用治未病思想进行干预，连续观察1年，对比两组临床疗效及并发症发生情况。 结果 两组患者的血糖、胆固醇、血脂情况均较干预前有所改善，且实验组的改善情况明显优于对照组（P0.05）；实验组治疗显效率为73.08%，显著高于对照组的45.83%（P0.05）；实验组和对照组并发症发生率分别为30.77%和58.33%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 2型糖尿病患者应用中医治未病思想可以明显改善患者血糖、胆固醇、血脂，降低并发症的发生率，干预效果显著，值得应用。 　　[关键词] 治未病；中医；2型糖尿病 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2016）09-72-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in theory of treatment before disease on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From June 2013 to 2014 June，50 type 2 diabetic patients treated in our hospital were selected，and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The patients in control group were given diabetes intervention，and on the basis，the patients of experimental group were intervened according to the theory of treatment before disease and continuous observation for 1 year.The clinical efficacy and the occurrence of the occurrence of the two groups were compare. Results Compared with before intervention， the patients’ blood glucose，cholesterol，blood lipid were Improved in two groups，and the improvement of the experimental group was obviously superior than that of control group（P0.05）.The effective rate of the experimental group t was 73.08%，and significantly higher than that of the control group of 45.83%（P0.05）.The incidence of complications in the experimental group and the control group were 30.77% and 58.33% respectively，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Application with traditional Chinese medicine in theory of treatment for type 2 diabetes patients can significantly improve the patient’s blood sugar，cholesterol，blood lipid values，reduce the incidence of incidence，and the intervention effect is significant，it is worth using. 　　[Key words] Treating disease；Traditional Ch
