中西医结合法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察 　　摘要：目的 为有效治疗女性患者慢性盆腔炎疾病，探究中西联合用于疾病治疗的可行性、有效性。方法 选取2014年7～2015.7期间我院门诊部门收治的慢性盆腔炎女性患者86例，本次临床分组采用双盲法将患者分为西药组、中西组，每组人数均为43例，对患者进行一年后随访记录疾病复发情况。结果 中西组疾病复发率为2.3%，西药组为9.3%，中西组用药治疗后患者疾病复发率较西药组低，P0.05；中西组炎症改善有效率为97.7%，西药组为86.0%，P0.05；西药组较中西组血浆粘度C反应蛋白改善效果差，P0.05。?Y论 临床对慢性盆腔炎患者采用中西联合进行治疗，患者恢复好、复发率低。 　　关键词：疗效；盆腔炎；中西结合；慢性 　　Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine 　　WU Yan1，ZHANG Yong-Xin2 　　（1.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Rongxian Chinese Medicine Hospital，Zigong 643100，Sichuan，China； 　　2.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Rongxian Maternal and Child Health Hospital，Zigong 643100，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To effectively treat the disease of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in female patients，and to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the combination of Chinese and Western diseases for disease treatment.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were enrolled in the outpatient department from July 2014 to February in 2015.The patients were divided into western medicine group and middle and western group.The number of patients in each group was 43 cases.A year after follow-up to record the recurrence of the disease.Results The recurrence rate was 2.3% and disease group，9.3% in the western medicine group，western medication group after treatment of patients with disease recurrence rate lower than western medicine group，western group，P0.05；the effective rate of improvement of inflammation was 97.7% in the western medicine group and the western medicine group was 86.0%，P0.05；plasma viscosity C reactive protein improvement effect is poor，P0.05. Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with the combination of Chinese and Western treatment， patients recovered well，the recurrence rate is low. 　　Key words：Curative effect；Pelvic inflammatory disease；Traditional
