中药`药联合穴位敷贴治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的 分析中药熏药联合穴位敷贴治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床效果。方法 88例风湿寒性关节痛患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 各44例。对照组单独使用穴位敷贴治疗， 观察组在对照组基础上联合中药熏药进行治??。对比两组患者的临床效果。结果 对照组治疗总有效率为77.3%， 观察组治疗总有效率为93.2%， 观察组高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义 （P0.05）。结论 治疗风湿寒性关节痛， 使用穴位敷贴的同时联合中药熏药进行治疗， 可显著提高临床效果， 缓解临床症状， 可推广应用。 　　【关键词】 中药熏药；穴位敷贴；风湿寒性关节痛 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.33.074 　　Clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint application in the treatment of rheumatic and cold arthralgia MA Ji-li， JIANG Ying， GUO Jing， et al.
