临床护理路径在食管癌根治术患者健康教育中的应用   [摘要] 目的 探讨临床护理路径在食管癌根治术患者健康教育中的应用。 方法 将81例食管癌根治术患者按入院顺序随机分成治疗组(41例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组采用临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组采用常规护理下的健康教育。比较两组患者的平均住院日、健康知识掌握程度和护理满意度。 结果 治疗组患者住院日明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P 0.01)。治疗组健康知识掌握程度明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P 0.01)。治疗组护理满意度高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 应用临床护理路径对食管癌根治术患者进行健康教育,可以缩短患者平均住院日,有效提高护理满意度和健康知识掌握程度。   [关键词] 临床护理路径;食管癌根治术;健康教育   [中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210(2012)01(c)-0136-03      The application of clinical nursing pathway in health education of patients with esophageal cancer   WANG Shuhua   Department of Cerebral Surgery, the Peoples Hospital of Pizhou City, Jiangsu Province, Pizhou 221300, China   [Abstract] Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in health education of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 81 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (41 cases) and control group (40 cases). The treatment group was given clinical nursing education, and the control group was given health path by routine care of health education. The days in hospital, the degree of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The days in hospital in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group with statistically significant difference (P 0.01). The degree of health knowledge in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference (P 0.01). The degree of nursing satisfaction in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway for patients with esophageal cancer health education can shorten the days in hospital, and improve the degree of care satisfaction and the knowledge of health effectively.
