中西医结合治疗对改善放射性肺纤维化患者生活质量的疗效研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗对改善放射性肺纤维化（Radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis，RPF）患者生活质量的疗效。方法：选取本院2012年6月-2013年12月收治的100例经中医辨证确诊为属气虚血瘀、痰湿内阻的RPF患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组两组，每组各50例。对照组采用常规抗感染、免疫及糖皮质激素治疗，治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上配合中药复方化纤方治疗。根据圣乔治医院呼吸问题调查问卷（The St George’s Respiratory Questionnaire）评价疗效，分别进行治疗前评分和治疗3个月后评分。结果：两组患者呼吸症状、活动受限、疾病影响、肺功能检查比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗组随访时疗效优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗RPF临床疗效优于单一西医治疗，可以改善RPF患者的临床症状，提高生活质量。 　　【关键词】 放射性肺纤维化； 中西医结合治疗； 生活质量 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the efficacy of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine to improve the quality of life in patients with radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis.Method：100 radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis（RPF） cases who were diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） as qi-deficiency blood stasis and phlegm resistance were collected in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups， control group and treatment group，50 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional anti-infection，immunity and glucocorticoid therapy while treatment group was treated with TCM therapy on the base of conventional western medicine treatment. Before and followed-up three months treatment，two groups were tested according to the St George’s Respiratory Questionnaire to evaluate the efficacy.Result：Compared two groups，the difference of respiratory symptoms，activity limitation，disease impaction， and pulmonary function had statistically significant（P0.05）， the curative effect in treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion： The efficacy of combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine on RPF patients was superior to single Western medicine treatment， which can improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and quality of life. 　　【Key words】 Radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis； Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine； Quality of life 　　First-author’s address：Tumor Hospital of Tai’an，Tai’an 271000，China
