临床路径在NICU护理中应用的价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探究临床路径在NICU（新生儿重症监护病房）护理中应用的价值。 方法 选取该院在2010年11月―2013年11月收治的100例重症监护新生儿，将其随机分为50例对照组和50例观察组。其中，在新生儿重症监护病房中，给予对照组患儿常规护理干预，给予观察组患儿临床路径护理干预。最后观察两组患儿的状况、护理风险事件发生率、护理满意度等。结果 在50例对照组患儿中，救治成功40例，成功率为80%；护理风险事件4例，护理风险发生率8%。在50例观察组患儿中，救治成功48例，成功率为96%；护理风险事件1例，护理风险发生率2%，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。同时，在对照组NICU护理中，护理人员的护理质量、护理满意度评分均明显低于观察组（P0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论 在NICU护理中运用临床路径管理，可有效提高护理质量，提高患儿家属满意度，为母婴提供安全保障，值得在新生儿护理中应用。 　　[关键词] 新生儿；NICU护理；临床路径；效果 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（b）-0149-03 　　The Application Value of Clinical Pathway to NICU Care 　　FANG Dongyang 　　Neonatal ICU， Nanyang Central Hospital， Nanyang， Henan Province， 473003， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of clinical pathway to neonatal intensive care unit（NICU）. Methods 100 neonates with intensive care admitted in our department from November 2010 to November 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 neonates in each.
