临床路径在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者健康教育中的应用 　　【摘要】目的 观察临床路径在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（简称冠心病）患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法 搜集2013年7月～2014年7月本院接收的冠心病72例患者，按照就诊日期单双号分为对照组、实验组。给予对照组36例常规健康教育，对实验组36例进行健康教育时应用临床路径。观察对照组、实验组的健康教育效果，并对比。结果 与对照组相比，实验组知识知晓率较高，患者满意度较高，差异明显，有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 临床路径在冠心病患者健康教育中的应用效果较高，对提高患者知识知晓率及满意度作用明显，需引起重视。 　　【关键词】冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病；健康教育；临床路径；应用 　　【中图分类号】R541.4 【文献标识码】A 　　Application of Clinical Pathway in Health Education in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease 　　Hu Jingxue 　　（Department of Cardiology， Jiangsu Central Hospital of Xuzhou 221009，China ） 　　【Abstract】Objective To observe the effect of application of clinical pathway in health education in patients with coronary heart disease.
