临床路径在登革热患者防治护理中的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：评价临床路径在登革热患者防治护理中的实际效果。方法：将2014年7-11月本院收治的112例登革热患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，每组56例。试验组患者按照临床路径诊疗流程进行防治护理，对照组患者按照传统诊疗程序实施防治护理。观察比较两组患者的治愈率、治疗费用、防治护理满意度评分、健康教育认知度评分及治愈时间方面的差异。结果：实施临床路径管理后，试验组的治疗费用（3609.35±503.15）元明显少于对照组的（5916.61±634.51）元，防治护理满意度评分（94.40±4.30）分、健康教育认知度评分（90.30±3.50）分，均明显高于对照组的（73.40±2.80）、（76.10±3.70）分，治愈时间（8.30±3.30）d明显短于对照组的（12.80±2.60）d，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：运用临床路径防治护理登革热能显著地缩短治愈时间，提高防治护理满意度、健康教育认知，降低医疗成本，在临床上值得推广。 　　【关键词】 登革热； 护理； 临床路径 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the actual effect of clinical pathway in the prevention and cure nursing of patients with dengue fever.Method：112 patients with dengue fever admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to November 2014 were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method，56 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were given prevention and cure nursing according to the clinical pathway treatment process，patients in the control group was given prevention and cure nursing according to the traditional diagnosis and treatment process.The cure rate，treatment costs，score of prevention and cure nursing satisfaction，score of health education cognition and healing time between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：After implementation of clinical pathway management，the treatment costs of the experimental group was （3609.35±503.15）yuan，which was significantly less than （5916.61±634.51）yuan of the control group，the scores of prevention and cure nursing satisfaction and health education cognition in the experimental group were （94.40±4.30）scores and （90.30±3.50）scores，which were significantly higher than （73.40±2.80），（76.10±3.70）scores of the control group，the healing time of the experimental group was （8.30±3.30）days，which was significantly shorter than （12.80±2.60）days of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Application of clinical pathway in the prevention and cure
