二甲双胍联合饮食疗法治疗社区糖尿病患者的临床效果分析   [摘要] 目的 观察二甲双胍联合饮食疗法治疗社区糖尿病患者的临床效果。 方法 选取于 2014 年1月~ 2016年1月期间在我院门诊接受治疗的 2 型糖尿病患者200例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组100例给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组100例患者给予二甲双胍联合饮食疗法治疗,两组患者治疗 3 个月后观察糖脂代谢指标、BMI,并随访 18 个月,对比微血管病变的发生情况。 结果 两组患者所观察指标治疗后与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P均0.05),观察组患者治疗后血脂指标及BMI等指标明显优于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P均0.05);观察组在降低 FPG、2hPG、HbA1C、FIns、HOMA-IR指标和提高 HOMA-β 临床效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 饮食治疗以及护理应用于 2 型糖尿病患者中的效果确切,能够改善患者的饮食习惯,能够使患者的血糖生化指标得到显著改善,对控制患者的血糖水平具有重要意义,值得大力推广。   [关键词] 二甲双胍;饮食疗法 糖尿病;微血管病变   [中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616(2016)20-52-04   Clinical effectiveness analysis of metformin diet therapy for diabetes of community   ZHANG Huijun   Shipai Town Community Health Service Center, Guangdong, Dongguan 523000, China   [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of metformin combined with community diabetes diet therapy for diabetes of community. Methods 200 cases of type 2 diabetes cured in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods. 100 patients were divided into control group, and they were treated with metformin treatment. 100 patients were divided into observation group, and they were treated with metformin diet therapy. The lipid metabolism, BMI of the two groups were observed after 3 months of treatment, and follow-up of 18 months, the incidence of microvascular disease were compared. Results There were statistical significance on the treatment indicators of the two groups before the treatment and after the treatment (P0.05). The serum lipids and BMI and other parameters of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). The effects of reducing FPG, 2hPG, HbA1C, FIns, HOMA-IR index HOMA-β and improving clinical results in observation group were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).
