中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的 总结分析中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及治疗经验。方法 76例慢性荨麻疹患者， 随机分为观察组和对照组， 各38例。对照组单纯给予西医治疗， 观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中药治疗；比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后观察组总有效率为94.7%， 高于对照组的68.4%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组复发率为7.9%， 低于对照组39.5%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后观察组皮肤病生活质量量表（DLQI）评分为 （1.43±0.45）分， 显著低于对照组的（1.90±0.52）分， 比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效优于单纯的西医治疗， 可减少复发率的发生， 提高患者的生活质量， 值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 慢性荨麻疹；中西医结合；临床疗效 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.05.054 　　Analysis of curative effect by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria GAO Xu. Liaoning Faku County Center for Disease Control and Prevention， Shenyang 110400， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze curative effect and treatment experience by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 38 cases in each group. The control group received Western medicine alone for treatment， and the observation group received additional traditional Chinese medicine for treatment to therapy in the control group. Treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the observation group had higher total effective rate as 94.7% than 68.4% in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had lower recurrence rate as 7.9% than 39.5% in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. After treatment， the observation group had obviously lower dermatology life quality index （DLQI） score as （1.43±0.45） points than （1.90±0.52） points in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine shows better curative effect in treating chronic urticaria than single drug therapy. This method can reduce recurrence rate and improve quality of lif
