临床护理中存在的不安全因素和干预措施 　　[摘要] 目的 探究在临床护理中存在的不安全因素，并分析干预措施。 方法 运用根本原因分析法对护理工作中经常出现的不安全因素进行分析，针对性加强护理人员的安全护理教育、规章制度及职业道德教育，建立健全和完善各项规章制度，加强护理业务培训。 结果 通过临床护理中包括24例教育培训因素，10例沟通因素，8例工作任务因素，6例组织管理因素和2例环境设备因素等不安全因素系统因素要因分析，提高了护理人员护理安全意识，增强其法制观念、责任心和护理技术水平。 结论 护理工作中的不安全因素客观存在，本文应用根本原因分析模式进行临床护理分析，加强管理与培训可减少或避免护理不安全行为的发生，通过对护理不安全因素预防措施的落实，使护理安全管理科学化、制度化、规范化、标准化，为患者提供安全、方便、放心、满意的护理服务。 　　[关键词] 临床护理；不安全因素；干预措施 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）01-0108-03 　　The unsafe factors existed in clinical nursing and intervention measures 　　CHU Weilin1 LI Xianlin2 　　1.Department of Public Affairs， Zhongshan Hospital of Hubei Province， Wuhan 430033， China； 2.Department of Urology， Zhongshan Hospital of Hubei Province， Wuhan 430033， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the unsafe factors existed in clinical nursing and analyze the interventions. Methods The nursing care education security， regulations and professional ethics education were enhanced， nursing rules and regulations were established， nursing training for nursing personnel was strengthened through RCA analysis of unsafe factors in nursing. Results By system analysis on the cause factors which included 24 cases of clinical nursing education and training factors， 10 cases of communication factors， 8 cases of task factors， 6 cases of organization factors， and 2 cases of unsafe factors such as environmental equipment， the nurses’ safety consciousness and awareness of nursing care were enhanced， and their skill and sense of responsibility were improved. Conclusion Those unsafe factors in nursing work are objective. This paper apply RCA mode to analyze the real cause for nursing errors. And we find out that to strengthen management and training can reduced or avoid unsafe nursing behaviors. The implementation of prevention measures can make nursing security management much more scientific and standardize， and can provide safe， convenient and satisfy nursing services for patients. 　　[Key words] Clinical nursing；
