乳腺癌改良根治术和保乳手术治疗的效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究乳腺癌改良根治术和保乳手术治疗的临床效果。方法 随机选择2010年1月―2012年1月来该院就诊的50例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，其中24例行改良根治术治疗，为对照组。另26例行保乳术治疗，为观察组。比较两组术后复发率、生存率、并发症发生情况及患者生活质量。结果 观察组术后3年复发率与生存率分别为3.85%和92.31%，对照组分别为4.17%和91.67%，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术后生活质量总分为（70.23±8.67）分，显著高于对照组的（50.78±6.21）分，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 保乳术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌均能取得较好效果，保乳术较改良根治术还可显著改善患者术后生活质量。 　　[关键词] 乳腺癌；改良根治术；保乳术；效果 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（c）-0060-02 　　Treatment Effect Analysis of Modified Radical Mastectomy and Breast Conservation Operation 　　ZHANG Jian-yuan 　　Emergency Department， Nanping people’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine，Nanping，Fujian Province， 353000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical treatment effect of modified radical mastectomy and breast conservation operation. Methods 50 cases of patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were selected as the research object， the control group （24 cases） were treated with modified radical mastectomy， the observation group （26 cases） were treated with breast conservation operation， the postoperative recurrence rate， survival rate， occurrence of complications and the patient’s quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The recurrence rate and survival rate in postoperative 3 years were respectively 3.85% and 92.31% in the observation group and 4.17% and 91.67% in the control group， and the differences were not statistically significant（P0.05）， the postoperative quality of life score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group （70.23±8.67）marks vs（50.78±6.21）marks， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
