人文关怀在改善护理质量方面的应用
[摘要] 目的 探究人文关怀在改善护理质量方面的应用价值。方法 方便选取该院自2015年10月―2016年3月间收治的90例住院患者按照入院先后顺序并结合自身医院半随机的分为观察组及对照组两组,每组各45例,其中对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人文关怀,分析两组患者的护理质量评分、患者生活质量评分及护理满意度情况。结果 ①两组患者护理质量评分比较:观察组护理质量评分(98.7±0.3)分,而对照组为(90.6±0.6)分,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05);②两组患者生活质量评分比较:干预后观察组在躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、物质生活等评分均高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05);③在护理满意度方面:观察组患者满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组(91.11%),两组护理满意度对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 实施人文关怀护理可以有效的提高护理质量,改善护患关系,有助于改善患者预后。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the application value of humanistic care in improving nursing quality. Methods A total of 90 cases of hospitalized patients admitted to the Fangzi District People’s Hospital from October 2015 to March 2016 were convenient selected and divided into 2 average groups--45 in the observation group and 45 in the control group according to the order of admission. The patients in the control group were treated with routine care. The observation group was treated with humanistic care on the basis of the control group. The score of the nursing quality, the score of life quality and the nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results ①The comparison of the scores of nursing quality: the observation group was (98.7±0.3)points and the control group was (90.6±0.6)points;the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).①The comparison of the scores of life quality: the scores of physical health, mental health, social function and material life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). ③The comparison of the nursing satisfaction: the satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group (100.00%) is higher than that of the control group (91.11%).
