切开复位内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果 　　[摘要]目的 分析切开复位内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法 选取2015年1月20日～2017年3月12日我院收治的32例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组及对照组，每组各16例。对照组患者实施常规手术，观察组患者进行切开复位内固定术。结果 观察组患者的手术平均时间[（60.01±1.20）min]、住院总耗时[（10.24±2.01）d]、骨折愈合时间[（3.45±1.02）个月]优于对照组手术平均时间[（71.45±1.07）min]、住院总耗时[（15.45±2.17）d]、骨折愈合时间[（5.11±1.17）个月]，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者的优良率（87.50%）与对照组（56.25%）比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对胫骨平台骨折患者实施切开复位内固定术进行治疗，不仅能提高患者的优良率，还能缩短患者的手术平均时间、住院总耗时、骨折愈合时间。 　　[关键词]切开复位内固定术；胫骨平台骨折；早期功能锻炼；治疗体会 　　[中图分类号] R683.42 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）3（a）-0100-03 　　Effect of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures 　　SUN Zhao-jun 　　Department of the second Orthopedics，the People′s Hospital of Guanyun County in Jiangsu Province，Guanyun 222200，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods 32 patients with tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from January 20，2015 to March 12，2017 were selected as the subjects，and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，16 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine surgery，and the patients in the observation group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Results The mean operation time （[60.01±1.20] min），total length of stay （[10.24±2.01] d） and fracture healing time （[3.45±1.02] months） of patients in the observation group were superior to the mean operation time （[71.45±1.07] min），total length of stay （[15.45±2.17] d），and fracture healing time （[5.11±1.17] months） in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The excellent and good rate of patients in the observation group was 87.50%，which was significantly different from that of 56.25% in the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of the patients with tibial plateau fractures can not only improve the patients′ excellent and go
