优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果分析 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.07.156 　　[摘要] 目的 分析优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2014年1月―2015年10月该院内科收治的65例老年性脑梗死患者作为研究对象，按照随机数表法将其分为两组，观察组33例给予优质护理，对照组32例给予神经内科常规护理。比较两组护理质量评分；出院后对研究对象随访1年，对比两组并发症情况及治疗结局。结果 观察组的护理质量评分为（90.4±5.8）分，明显高于对照组的（78.6±5.3）分（P0.05）。随访1年，观察组的并发症率为15.1%，明显低于对照组50.0%（P0.05）；观察组死亡率为9.1%，也明显低于对照组31.2%（P0.05）。在治疗结局方面，观察组总有效率为84.8%，对照组总有效率为62.5%，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 优质护理服务可提高老年性脑梗死患者护理质量、改善患者预后，值得在临床中实践和应用。 　　[关键词] 优质护理服务；老年性脑梗死；护理质量评分；并发症率 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（a）-0156-03 　　Analysis of Application Effect of Excellent Nursing Service in Nursing of Senile Patients with Cerebral Infarction 　　HAN Hong-ling 　　Department of Internal Medicine， Sheyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Yancheng， Jiangsu Province， 224300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of excellent nursing service in nursing of senile patients with cerebral infarction.
