低流量七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼用于腹腔镜手术麻醉的疗效及临床分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探究并分析低流量七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼用于腹腔镜手术麻醉的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2014年5月-2015年7月收治的100例行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者作为研究对象，在患者签署知情同意书并获得本院伦理委员会批准后由临床医务人员采取等距随机抽样法分为对照组和研究组，每组各50例。对照组采取雷米芬太尼麻醉维持，研究组采取低流量七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉维持，比较两组患者麻醉效果。结果：研究组患者通过实施低流量七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉维持，腹腔镜手术过程中血流动力学指标与对照组相比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组的拔管时间、苏醒时间、清醒时间均明显短于对照组，且不良反应发生率8.0%明显低于对照组的24.0%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在腹腔镜手术中，低流量七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉维持效果更佳，不良反应更少，具有较高的应用安全性，值得在今后腹腔镜手术工作中积极推广使用。 　　【关键词】 七氟醚； 雷米芬太尼； 腹腔镜手术； 血流动力学； 不良反应 　　Efficacy and Clinical Analysis of Low-flow Sevoflurane Combined with Remifentanil for Laparoscopic Surgery Anesthesia/LIU Ji-yong.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（06）：052-055 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of low-flow Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil for laparoscopic surgery anesthesia.Method：100 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to July 2015 were selected as research objects，the patients signed the informed consent form and got our hospital ethics committee approval，and they were divided into the control group and the research group according to isometric random sampling method by clinical medical staff，50 cases in each group.The control group was given Remifentanil for anesthesia to maintain，the research group was given low-flow Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil for anesthesia to maintain.The anesthesia effects between the two groups were compared.Result：The patients in research group through the implementation of low-flow Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil for anesthesia to maintain，the differences were statistically significant in the hemodynamic parameters during laparoscopic surgery between the two groups（P0.05）.The decannulation time，recovery time and awake time of the research group were significantly shorter than those of the control group，the incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 8.0%，which was significantly lower than 24.0% in the control group，the difference
