优质护理模式在冠心病患者行PCI的应用效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探究优质护理模式在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）的应用效果。方法：随机选取2013年 　　6月-2014年5月笔者所在医院收治的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病行PCI患者120例，将患者分为对照组（n=60）和试验组（n=60）。对照组采用心血管病常规护理，试验组采用优质护理模式护理，对两组患者治疗前后抑郁、焦虑、满意度、健康知识掌握率、术后并发症等进行比较分析。结果：护理后，试验组患者抑郁、焦虑、术后并发症等评分均显著低于对照组，健康教育掌握率、满意度均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对行PCI的患者实行优质护理，通过精心的术前、术中及术后护理能够减轻患者痛苦、提高手术的成功率、减少术后并发症的发生、提高患者满意度，值得临床广泛推广。 　　【关键词】 优质护理模式； 冠心病； PCI 　　中图分类号 R256 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）1-0084-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of quality high-quality nursing for treating coronary artery disease patients received percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.Method：120 coronary artery disease patients received PCI treated in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group（n=60） and the control group（n=60）.The control group was given usual care，and the experimental group was given high-quality nursing.After different nursing methods，compared the rate of concurrent anxiety，depression，satisfaction，grasping health education knowledge and post-operative complications of the two groups before and after different nursing.Result：After the nursing，the rate of concurrent anxiety，depression and post-operative complications in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group，the rate of satisfaction and grasping health education knowledge were significantly higher than those of the control group，there were statistical significance differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：High-quality nursing uesed for coronary artery disease patients received PCI can reduce pain of patients，raise the operational success rate，reduce complication after operation and improve the customer satisfaction degree，it is worth of popularizing. 　　【Key words】 High-quality nursing； Coronary artery disease； Percutaneous coronary intervention 　　First-author’s address：Chongzuo People’s Hospital，Chongzuo 532200，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.
