健康教育路径在改善乳腺癌患者生活质量中的应用评价
【摘要】 目的:探讨健康教育路径在改善乳腺癌患者生活质量中的应用评价。方法:选取2012年7月-2015年6月本院确诊治疗的乳腺癌患者100例,依据随机分配原则分为常规组和教育路径组,每组50例。常规组患者给予基础护理干预,教育路径组在此基础上给予健康教育路径干预,随访3个月,采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)评估生活质量,统计分析所有患者健康知识掌握情况、护理满意情况及干预前、干预后1、2、3个月的生活质量情况。结果:干预后,教育路径组患者健康知识掌握率、护理满意率均明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);干预后1、2、3个月的ADL得分方面,教育路径组患者明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:健康教育路径可有效提升乳腺癌患者健康知识的掌握程度,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床作进一步推广。

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the application evaluation of health education path on improving quality of life in patients with breast cancer.Method:The 100 patients with breast cancer were selected from July 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital.According to the random distribution,all patients were divided into conventional group and education path group,50 cases in each group,the conventional group received routine nursing intervention,on the base,the education path group received health education intervention,and followed up for 3 months,the activity of daily living scale (ADL) was used to assess the quality of life,analyzed all of the patients health knowledge,nursing satisfaction and intervention,intervention before 1, 2, 3 months after the quality of life.Result:After intervention,health knowledge rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the education path group were significantly higher than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).In the ADL aspect of 1,2,3 months after intervention,the education path group were obviously higher than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Health education path can effectively improve breast cancer patients the master degree of knowledge,it can improve patients satisfaction of nursing work,and it can improve the patient’s quality of life,it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
