元胡止痛膏治疗软组织损伤临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察元胡止痛膏治疗软组织损伤的临床疗效。 方法 将收治的100例软组织损伤患者，按来诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组各50例，治疗组使用本院自制元胡止痛膏贴敷治疗；对照组采用复方山金车花贴片治疗。每日1剂，调膏贴敷患处，疗程1周，应用评价指标，观察疗效。 结果 治疗组总有效率为94%，对照组为80%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。在治疗7d后，治疗组的压痛以及功能障碍得分显著低于对照组（P0.05）；治疗组的皮肤不良反应率为4%，对照组的皮肤不良反应率为16%，治疗组皮肤刺激性发生不良反应率明显低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 元胡止痛膏在软组织损伤的压痛、功能障碍得分以及皮肤不良反应方面显著优于对照组，具有较好的临床疗效，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 软组织损伤；元胡止痛膏；临床观察；症候积分；皮肤刺激性 　　[中图分类号] R274 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）15-70-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of soft tissue injuries by Yuanhu Zhitong Ointment. Methods A cohort of 100 soft tissue injuries patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，and each group was 50 cases.The treatment group was treated with Yuanhu Zhitong Ointment which was made in our hospital，while the control group was treated with Compound Arnica Patches which was regarded as a kind of anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug.The two groups were applied once daily and 1 week as a treatment course. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 88% and control group was 92%.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group （P0.05）.Before and during the treatment，there were no significant differences between two groups in the total scores of clinical symptoms （P0.05），while after 7d，the tenderness and dysfunction score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P0.05）.The skin adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 4%，and the control group was 16%，the skin irritation reaction rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Yuanhu Zhitong ointment was significantly better than the control group on reducing the score of tenderness and dysfunction，and had less skin adverse reactions.Yuanhu Zhitong ointment was worth using for treatment soft tissue injuries in the clinical. 　　[Key words] Sofy tissue i
