全方位大学体育教育实践 　　摘 要：为实现新形势下的体育教育改革目标，提高大学生身心健康水平，清华大学进行了全方位大学体育教育实践：坚持以“育人至上、?w魄与人格并重”的体育教育观，把促进学生身心健康放在首位，创造更好条件引导学生体育锻炼和课内外结合，督促学生进行锻炼，形成齐抓共管的管理模式、目标一致的工作内容和与时俱进、不断创新的举措。实践证明，清华大学体育教育对培育大学生健康的身心素质发挥了重要作用，全方位大学体育教育效果明显，并得到学生和社会的广泛认可。 　　关 键 词：学校体育；全方位大学体育教育；清华大学 　　中图分类号：G807 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-7116（2017）04-0068-04 　　Practice of comprehensive university physical education 　　――An introduction to Tsinghua University’s experience 　　LIU Jing-min，LIU Bo 　　（Department of Physical Education，Tsinghua University，Beijing 100084，China） 　　Abstract： In order to realize the objectives of physical education reform under the new situation， and to improve university student physical and mental health conditions， Tsinghua University did the following practice of comprehensive university physical education： adhere to such physical education views as “ultimately important student education， equally important physique and personality”， give first priority to promoting student physical and mental health， create better conditions and guide student physical exercise as well as the combination of curricular physical exercise and extracurricular physical exercise， urge students to do exercises， form concerted management modes， objective consistent working contents as well as timely and constantly innovated measures. It has been proven by practice that Tsinghua University’s physical education plays an important role in cultivating student health and physical and mental qualities， while its comprehensive university physical education is effect significant and widely accepted by students and society. 　　Key words： school physical education；comprehensive university physical education；Tsinghua University 　　随着我国全面深化改革逐步进入攻坚期，党和政府对学校体育工作的重视和要求越来越明确：强化体育课和课外锻炼，促进青少年身心健康，体魄强健[1]；加强学校体育工作是促进学校体育回归育人本源、促进学生全面发展的重要途径，要通过学校体育活动使学生强健体魄，健全人格，养成重视体育锻炼的习惯和健康的生活方式[2]；总体上看，我国学校体育仍然是整个教育工作的薄弱环节，学生体质健康形势依然严峻。深化教育改革要把体育摆在突出的位置，推动学校体育工作取得明显突破，促使学生体质健康水平得到明显提升[3]。体育是学校教育的重要组成部分，对于促进学生体魄强健、身心健康有不可替代的作用，更是学生全面发
