化痰祛瘀方对痰浊血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛介入术后sCD40L及hsCRP影响 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨化痰祛瘀方对痰浊血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛介入术后患者sCD40L及hs-CRP的影响。方法:将78例接受冠脉动脉介入治疗的UA患者,随机分为对照组(39例)与治疗组(39例)。前者予常规西药治疗,后者于常规西药治疗基础上加用化痰祛瘀方,均治疗3周。比较两组患者间术前、术后sCD40L及hs-CRP的水平。结果:两组患者术后第1天与术前比较sCD40L和hs-CRP的水平有显著性差异(P0.01),术后3周末对照组sCD40L及hs-CRP的水平显著高于治疗组,(P0.05)。结论:化痰祛瘀方可显著降低痰浊血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛冠脉介入术后sCD40L及hs-CRP的水平。 　　[关键词] 化痰祛瘀方;不稳定型心绞痛;冠状动脉介入治疗;sCD40L;hs-CRP 　　[中图分类号] R541.4 [文献标识码] A[文章编号]1673-7210(2010)04(a)-142-02 　　 　　Influence of Huatanquyu-Decoction in the Expression level of serum sCD40L and hs-CRP in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris after percutaneous coronaryintervention 　　LIU Ning, YAO Fumei, WANG Xia, PENG Wei 　　(The Second Peoples Hospital of Dalian, Dalian116011, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of Huatanquyu-Decoction in the expession level of serum soluble CD40L and hs-CRP in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods: 78 patients with UA were randomly divided into two groups. Before and after PCI treatment,39 cases were in controlgroup taking routine therapy and 39 cases were in treament group taking Huatanquyu-Decoction in the first day,besides basic treatment. Serum soluble CD40L and hs-CRP were measured in 2 groups treatment before PCI and the 1st,3 weeks after PCI. Results:There was no significant difference in serum soluble CD40L andhs-CRP between the two groups before treatment(P0.05). On the 1st day after PC1, the level of serum soluble CD40L andhs-CRP were all slightly increased in both groups, On the 21th day after PCI, there was a little decrease of Serum soluble CD40L and hs-CRP in the control group, while it was significantly decreased in the treatment group(P0.05). Conclusion:A changeable regularity of serum soluble CD40L and hs-CRPcan be found within the patients of UA before and after PCI.
