动态增强磁共振对乳腺癌病灶周围血管征诊断价值评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨动态增强磁共振对乳腺癌病灶周围血管征（AVS）的诊断价值。方法 方便收集至该院就诊的200例（2015年7月―2017年7月）经手术病理证实的乳腺病变患者，治疗前行乳腺动态增强磁共振检查，在减影图后行3D-MIP重建，对重建图像所示乳腺内血管的数量、直径、长度和可见性及病变周围3 cm内肿瘤血管的数量进行记录分析其诊断价值。结果 恶性病变患侧血管数目为（3.85±1.68）条，良性病变患侧的血管?的课?（1.31±1.02）条，恶性病变健侧与良性病变健侧的血管数目分别为（1.89±1.25）条与（1.12±0.87）条，分析良性病变、恶性病变患侧的血管数目差异有统计学意义（P0.05），良性病变、恶性病变健侧的血管数目差异有统计学意义（P0.05），恶性病变患侧与健侧的血管数目差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 AVS与乳腺癌具有较高的相关性，对鉴别乳腺良、恶性病变具有重要意义。 　　[关键词] 乳腺癌；周围血管征；动态增强磁共振；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（a）-0191-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in diagnosis of peripheral vascular diseases of breast cancer lesions. Methods 200 cases of patients with breast lesions confirmed by the operative pathology from July 2015 to July 2017 were convenient selected and the treated with MRI before treatment， and the treated with 3D-MIP reconstruction after the subtraction map， and the number， diameter， length， visibility and tumor vessel number in 3 cm around the lesions in the reconstruction images were recorded and the diagnosis value was analyzed. Results The affected side vessel number of malignant lesions and benign lesions was respectively （3.85±1.68）articles and （1.31±1.02）article， and the healthy side of malignant lesions and benign lesions were respectively（1.89±1.25）article and（1.12±0.87）article， and the difference in the healthy side between the malignant lesion and benign lesion was statistically significant（P0.05）， the difference in the vessel number of healthy side between the malignant lesion and benign lesion was statistically significant，（P0.05）， and the difference in the vessel number of malignant lesions between the affected side and healthy side was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The AVS has a higher correlation with the breast cancer， which is of important significance to the differential diagnosis of malignant and benign lesions of breast cancer. 　　[Key words] Breast cancer； Peripheral vascul
