医学教育认证背景下临床医师教学积极性影响因素及其对策 　　[摘要] 教学医院的临床医师肩负着医疗、教学、科研三大重任，受人事制度、教学意识、人力资源配置等因素影响，“重医疗科研、轻教学”的现象严重。临床医学专业认证为医学教育改革指明了方向，为适应公立医院改革及国家医教协同政策的要求，本研究从临床医学专业认证视角重新审视了影响临床医师教学积极性的因素，建议政府科学做好区域卫生及教育资源规划以引导临床教学资源下沉，学校实施以“器官系统为主线”的基础-临床课程整合，教学医院改革绩效薪酬分配制度、设立阶段性专职教师，教师加强以学生为中心的教学方法改革，注重教学意识的养成及教学能力提升，学生成绩评定强化形成性评价；学生提升自主学习能力，强化人文素质培育，为有关部门决策提供有力参考。 　　[关键词] 医学教育认证；教学医院；临床医师；教学积极性 　　[中图分类号] G642 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）04（a）-0135-04 　　[Abstract] Personnel system， teaching consciousness， human resources allocation and other factors put influences on the teaching performance of physician who undertake medical， teaching and scientific research tasks simultaneously. The involvement of the accreditation of clinical education offers clear solutions of how to change the phenomenon that the physicians pay more attention to medical and scientific researches rather than teaching. Reviewing the influential factors with the Accreditation as the reference， this paper， as a reference for decision-making， offers suggestions to promote teachers enthusiasm. The government should balance the distribution of educational and medical resources properly to ensure the grass-root level enjoys the necessary clinical education resources. The universities should integrate basic and clinical courses with organ-system as the main thread. The clinical colleges should optimize the payment system and appoint full-time clinical teachers. Clinical teachers should pay more attention to teaching consciousness and ability with student-centered teaching method and and strengthen formative assessment of students， students should be educated for better self-learning capacity as well as humanity and quality culture. 　　[Key words] Accreditation of clinical medical education； Teaching hospital； Physician； Teaching enthusiasm 　　2014年6月教育部等六部委联合印发《关于医教协同深化临床医学人才培养改革的意见》，指出到2020年在全国范围内基本建立住院医师规范化培训制度，所有新进医疗岗位的本科及以上学历临床医师均须接受住院医师规范化培训[1]。此举意味着院校教育与毕业后教育的衔接更加紧密，教学医院作为实施高等医学教育的重要场所，临床医学人才培养的任务更加艰巨。教学医院的临床医师肩负医疗
