动力髋螺旋刀片系统在髋部骨折中临床应用价值 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨动力髋螺旋刀片系统治疗髋部骨折的临床价值。方法：选取2011年3月-2013年3月本院收治的60例髋部骨折的患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组采用DHSA治疗，对照组则采用DHS治疗，观察比较两组患者的术中情况及术后严重并发症情况。其中并发症情况通过术后电话或门诊随访1年进行统计。结果：观察组的手术时间、住院时间和骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组，且观察组术后随访1年后的内固定断裂、股骨干骨折、髋关节内翻及肢体短缩的发生率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：动力髋螺旋刀片系统治疗股骨转子间骨折是较理想的手术方法之一，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 动力髋螺旋刀片系统； 髋部骨折； 临床价值 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical value of dynamic hip screw blade system for hip fracture.Method：60 patients with hip fracture in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were selected，they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，30 cases in each group.The observation group was given DHSA treatment，and the control group was given DHS treatment，then intraoperative and postoperative serious complications in the two groups were observed and compared，which complications by telephone or outpatient follow-up after 1 year.Result：The operative time，hospital stay and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group，the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than the control group，and after 1 year of follow-up，the incidence of internal fixation of fracture，femoral shaft fracture，hip varus and limb shortening in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Dynamic hip screw blade system in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture is one of the ideal operation method， Dynamic hip screw blade system is an ideal one surgical method for hip fracture，it is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Dynamic hip screw blade system； Hip fracture； Clinical value 　　First-author’s address：The First People’s Hospital of Jingdezhen City，Jingdezhen 333000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2014.18.027 　　随着我国人口寿命的延长，预计从2030-2040年间，我国老年
