半髋关节置换与髋动力钢板内固定术治疗老年人粗隆间骨折效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨半髋关节置换与髋动力钢板内固定术治疗老年人粗隆间骨折的效果。 方法 回顾性分析该院2011年1月―2013年1月收治的75例粗隆间骨折的老年患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法不同，将患者分为两组，对照组（髋动力钢板内固定术），观察组（半髋关节置换），比较两组患者的疗效差异。 结果 观察组患者经半髋关节置换术治疗，手术时间、术中出血量及术后卧床时间均明显少于对照组，经比较，P0.05，差异有统计学意义。近期疗效优良率为87.5%，远期疗效优良率为92.5%，均明显高于对照组，经比较，P0.05，差异有统计学意义。 结论 对于老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗，半髓关节置换术的近期疗效和远期疗效更好，更值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 半髋关节置换；髋动力钢板内固定术；老年人；粗隆间骨折 　　[中图分类号] R687 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2014）10（b）-0014-02 　　Comparison of the Effects Between Half Hip Replacement and Hip Power Plate Fixation for the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures in the Elderly 　　ZENG Ze YANG Aiyong WENG Yongnan 　　Department of Orthopedics， Guangdong Jiangmen Xinhui District Siqian Peoples Hospital， Jiangmen， Guangdong Province， 529159， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the comparison of the effects between half hip replacement and hip power plate fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in older adults. Methods The clinical data of 75 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. And they were divided into 2 groups according to the different treatment. The control group was treated by hip power plate fixation， and the observation group was treated by half hip replacement. And the curative effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The operative time， intraoperative blood loss and postoperative bed time of the observation group treated by half hip replacement were less than those of the control group， the difference was statistically significant， P0.05. The short-term and long-term good and excellent rate of the observation group was 87.5%， 92.5%， respectively， obviously higher than that of the control group， respectively， the differences were statistically significant， P0.05.
