右美托咪定诱导麻醉对高血压脑出血患者术中体征及术后脑功能影响分析 　　摘要：目的 分析研?右美托咪定诱导麻醉对高血压脑出血患者术中体征及术后脑功能的影响。方法 此研究为前瞻性研究，采用随机抽签方式，从我院2014年5月～2016年3月收治的高血压脑出血疾病者中，抽取80例纳入到讨论中，80例患者按入院单双顺序号分40例对照组（生理盐水）和40例研究组（右美托咪定），对比其两组麻醉状况。结果 对比两组患者插管后5 min和术毕自主呼吸恢复状况，包含DBP、SBP、MAP、HR等，研究组比对照组优，组间数据差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 给予右美托咪定药物进行诱导性麻醉，可将其心率、血压有效降低，保持血流动力学指数处于稳定，且脑功能得到一定保护，临床应用性较大。 　　关键词：高血压；脑出血；脑功能；右美托咪定；麻醉 　　中图分类号：R614 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）17-0059-02 Effect of Dexmedetomidine Induced Anesthesia on Intraoperative Signs and Postoperative Brain Function in Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage 　　JIANG Rong，LIANG Tao，DENG Jia，YANG Meng-chang 　　（Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences/Department of Anesthesiology，Sichuan Provincial Peoples Hospital，Chengdu 610072，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine induced anesthesia on intraoperative signs and postoperative brain function in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods This study was a prospective study，using random sampling method， from May 2014 to March 2016 treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage disease，80 cases were included in the discussion，40 patients were enrolled in the control group（saline）and 40 in the study group（dexmedetomidine）according to the admission order single and double sequence，compared with the two groups of anesthesia.Results Comparison of two groups of patients 5 min after intubation and postoperative spontaneous breathing recovery，including DBP，SBP，MAP，HR，the study group better than the control group，there was statistically significant difference between groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The induction anesthesia with dexmedetomidine can effectively reduce the heart rate and blood pressure，maintain the stability of the hemodynamic index， and protect the brain function，which is of great clinical application. 　　Key words：Hypertensive；Intracerebral hemorrhage；Brain function；Dexmedetomidine；Anesthesia 　　治疗高血压脑出血疾病的一个有效方式则为外科手术[1-3]，早期可将血肿有效清除，颅内压得到降低，进而让神经损
