后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析我院2007年10月～2012年12月经后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗的262例胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料，观察治疗前后神经功能、伤椎楔变指数、后凸Cobb角及椎管内占位情况。 结果 262例患者经后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗后，神经功能、椎体高度、Cobb角及椎管内占位情况均较手术前有明显改善，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效显著，是一种治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法。 　　[关键词]胸腰椎骨折；后路；短节段；椎弓根钉内固定术；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R683.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）15-185-02 　　Clinical analysis of posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures 　　HUANG Meijun TANG Yangwei DENG Siran LIANG Zhijian LI Quanmeng 　　Department of Osteology，the Peoples Hospital of Huaiji County，Huaiji 526400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures. Methods The clinical data of 262 cases with thoracolumbar fractures underwent posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation in our hospital from October 2007 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The nerve function，vertebral wedge variable exponent，spinal kyphosis Cobb angle and spinal canal encroachment before and after the treatment were observed. Results Compared with before the surgery，the nerve function， vertebral height，Cobb angle and spinal canal encroachment of 262 patients after posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation had significant improvement，and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures has significant effect and is an effective treatment way for thoracolumbar fractures. 　　[Key words] Thoracolumbar fractures；Posterior；Short-segment；Pedicle screw internal fixation；Clinical efficacy 　　脊柱骨折是临床常见病之一，其中，以胸腰段脊椎骨折最为多见，约占脊柱骨折的50%左右[1]，骨折部位多发于T12～L2水平，脊柱可因生物力学改变，导致脊髓神经受压，严重影响患者日常生活质量；胸腰椎骨折治疗以手术为主，以纠正脊柱畸形、稳定脊柱、解除占位压迫和恢复神经功能为主要目的，常用术式有前路、后路和前后路联合三种，其中，后路椎弓根钉内固定术应用最为常见。2007年10月～2012年12月，我院采用后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗262例胸腰椎骨折患者，疗效满意，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资
