压力接种训练对维持性血液透析患者抑郁焦虑情绪及治疗依从性影响麦苗金① 黄莉① 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨压力接种训练（stress inoculation training，SIT）?ξ?持性血液透析（maintenance hemodialysis，MHD）患者抑郁、焦虑情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法：选取2016年6月-2017年6月本院MHD患者100例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各50例，对照组采用常规护理和治疗，观察组在此基础上加以SIT。比较两组抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale，SDS）、焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）和治疗依从性的评分情况。结果：干预后，观察组SDS和SAS评分明显低于干预前（P0.05），且观察组SDS和SAS评分明显低于对照组（P0.05）；干预后，观察组透析依从、用药依从、饮食依从和液体摄入依从评分均高于干预前（P0.05），且观察组各项治疗依从性评分均高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：SIT能明显改善MHD患者的抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪，提高患者治疗依从性，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】 压力接种训练； 维持性血液透析； 抑郁； 焦虑； 依从性 　　Effect of Stress Inoculation Training on Depression，Anxiety and Treatment Compliance in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients/MAI Miaojin，HUANG Li.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（35）：077-080 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of stress inoculation training（SIT） on depression，anxiety and treatment compliance in maintenance hemodialysis（MHD） patients.Method：A total of 100 patients with MHD in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects，according to the random number table method，they were divided into observation group and control group，50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and treatment，and observation group was given SIT on basis of control group.The scores of self-rating depression scale（SDS），self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and treatment compliance of two groups were compared.Result：After the intervention，the scores of SDS and SAS in observation group were significantly lower than those of before the intervention（P0.05），and the scores of SDS and SAS in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group（P0.05）.After the intervention，the scores of dialysis compliance，medication compliance，diet compliance and liquid intake compliance in observation group were higher than those of before the intervention（P0.05），and the each score of treatment compliance in observation group were higher than those of control group（P0.
