咖啡酸片在妇科择期手术中临床应用观察 　　[摘要]目的 探讨咖啡酸片在妇科择期手术患者中的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 将 98例择期行妇科手术患者分为观察组（n=59）和对照组（n=39），对照组予常规手术及治疗，不予咖啡酸片，观察组术前2～3d予咖啡酸片0.2g/次，3次/d，口服，术后继续予咖啡酸片，余治疗同对照组，比较两组患者术中、术后出血量及术后病率、疼痛情况、血常规情况、住院天数。 结果 观察组术中、术后出血情况、术后病率、疼痛情况、血常规均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组均无明显不良反应发生。 结论 咖啡酸用于妇科择期手术疗效好，安全、可靠，值得临床推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 咖啡酸片；妇科；择期手术；手术指征 　　[中图分类号] R713 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）16-52-03 　　The clinical observation of caffeic acid tablets in patients undergoing elective gynecological surgery 　　WEN Aizhen 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Lingchuan County Peoples Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region， Lingchuan 541299， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of caffeic acid tablets in patients undergoing elective gynecological surgery. Methods All of 98 patients undergoing elective gynecological surgery were divided into observation group（n=59） and the control group（n=39）.The control group received routine operation and treatment， was not given Caffeic acid Tablets. Before surgery 2-3 days， the observation group was given caffeic acid tablets 0.2g/time， 3 times/d， orally. After surgery， the observation group continued to take caffeic acid tablets， and the rest taken the same treatment with the control group.The intraoperative and the postoperative bleeding， postoperative disease rate， pain， blood routine， hospitalization days were compared between two groups. Results The intraoperative and the postoperative bleeding， postoperative disease rate， pain， blood routine in observation group was better than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）， and there were no significant adverse reactions happened between two groups. Conclusion Caffeic acid tablets in patients undergoing elective gynecological surgery have good curative effect， is safe and reliable， and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Caffeic acid tablets； Gynecology； Elective surgery； Surgical indica
