品管圈护理模式对神经外科护理质量及患者满意度影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨品管圈护理模式对神经外科护理质量及患者满意度的影响。 方法 选取2013年12月～2014年12月于沈阳医学院附属中心医院神经外科就诊患者220例，依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各110例。对照组仅接受常规护理，主要按医嘱开展护理。研究组开展品管圈护理模式。统计护理不良事件及患者并发症发生率，以评价神经外科护理质量；采用自制问卷调查患者对健康知识的知晓情况、对护理工作的满意度以及住院时间。 结果 研究组护理不良事件及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。研究组患者健康知识知晓评分高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。研究组患者护理满意度（99.1%）高于对照组（81.8%），差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 采用品管圈护理模式对神经外科患者开展护理，可有效提升护理质量，提高患者护理满意度。 　　[关键词] 品管圈；护理模式；神经外科；医患关系 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）02（b）-0169-04 　　Effect of quality control circle nursing mode on nursing quality and patient′s satisfaction in Neurosurgery Department 　　PAN Yanhong 　　Department No.2 of Neurosurgery， Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College， Liaoning Province， Shenyang 110024， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle nursing mode on nursing quality and patient′s satisfaction in Neurosurgery Department.
