在骨科病房中开展认知干预疗法对患者心理状况及慢性疼痛影响 　　【摘要】目的：探析认知干预疗法在骨科病房中的开展对患者心理状况及慢性疼痛的影响。方法：本研究选择我院2011年2月到2012年10月期间骨科收治的手术患者80例为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，对照组40例采用常规护理，干预组采用认知干预综合护理，主要护理内容包括术前教育、术后检测、心理辅导、行为干预等，对比两组患者疼痛改善情况以及心理状态，总结认知干预对患者疼痛和心理的影响。结果：干预组患者经过护理干预后疼痛改善情况明显优于对照组（P0.05），患护理满意度明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：骨科患者行认知干预综合护理能有效改善疼痛，避免出现负面情绪，保证手术的顺利完成，有助于术后伤口的愈合以及组织功能的恢复，改善其预后，同时也促进了护理质量的提高，值得在临床上广泛的推广和应用。 　　【关键词】骨科；认知干预；疼痛；心理；护理 　　Effect of cognitive intervention on the psychological status of patients with chronic pain in the Department of orthopedics and ward 　　The first peoples Hospital of Xinjiang Kashi area 844000 Liu Xiaoping 　　[Abstract] Objective： Analysis of cognitive intervention therapy in the orthopedic ward to carry out the psychological status of patients with chronic pain. Methods： The study in our hospital from February 2011 to October 2012 admitted to orthopedic surgery 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups， control group of 40 patients with usual care， the intervention group cognitive intervention for the study， integrated care， primary care including preoperative education， after testing， counseling， and other behavioral interventions to improve the situation and state of mind， compared two groups of patients with pain， summed cognitive intervention on the patients pain and psychological. Results： Patients in the intervention group after intervention was significantly higher than those in pain control group （P 0.05）， patient satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group （P 0.05）.Conclusion： Department of orthopedics patients with cognitive intervention nursing can effectively improve pain， to avoid negative emotions， to ensure operation smoothly， it is helpful to postoperative wound healing and tissue recovery of function， improve the prognosis， but also to promote the improvement of the quality of nursing， worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical. 　　Key words orthopedics； cognitive intervention； pain； psychological； care 　　认知行
