基于SCP理论海尔投资VR产业研究 　　[摘 要]VR产业①作为国家“十三五”规划中的新兴领域之一，正在蓬勃发展。由我国VR产业链的现状分析认为，海尔在VR硬件、平台、内容、应用领域具有投资机会。基于SCP②理论进行的战略分析，海尔应从投资核心元器件和VR头显入手进入VR硬件市场，从游戏和动漫入手开发VR内容，从现有家电、地产产业入手投资VR应用领域。考虑到风险因素，不建议海尔自主经营VR平台。海尔应结合自身优势和特点，找准在产业链和市场中的定位，然后引进高端人才加速形成核心关键技术，并且依托国家政策加强与国内外企业的合作。 　　[关键词]虚拟现实技术；产业链定位；SCP理论；战略投资；海尔 　　[中图分类号]F423.1 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1671-8372（2017）02-0026-05 　　Research on Haier investing in VR industry based on the theory of SCP 　　JIANG Ming， QIAN Wei 　　（College of Economics and Management， Qingdao University of Science and Technology， Qingdao 266061， China） 　　Abstract：As one of the emerging fields of the national “13th Five-Year” plan， the virtual reality （VR） industry is booming. Based on the analysis of the current situation of China’s VR industry chain， it is believed that Haier has investment opportunities in VR hardware， platform， content and application fields. According to the strategic analysis that is based on the theory of SCP， Haier should start investing in the core components and VR head so as to enter the VR hardware market， it should also start with the game and animation to develop VR content， and proceed with the existing home appliances， real estate industry to invest VR applications. In view of the risk factors， Haier is not recommended to manage VR platform.
