民族药滇牡丹果皮中多糖的提取工艺研究 　　【摘 要】 目的：探索云贵高原和西藏高原特色民族植物滇牡丹果皮多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用单因素实验确定提取溶剂、提取方法和提取次数后，以料液比、提取温度和提取时间为因素，分别设置三个水平设计L9（34）正交试验优化最佳提取工艺。结果：滇牡丹果皮中多糖提取的最佳溶剂为50%乙醇，提取的料液比为1∶40，提取方法为超声辅助提取法，提取次数为3次，每次的提取时间为1.5h，提取温度为40℃；在该工艺条件下，滇牡丹果皮多糖的提取量为（72.73±3.61）mg/g；料液比、提取温度和提取时间对滇牡丹果皮多糖提取的贡献率分别是89.256%、7.702%和1.512%。结论：料液比、提取温度和提取时间显著影响滇牡丹果皮多糖的提取，该工艺条件能够有效提取滇牡丹果皮中的多糖。 　　【关键词】 滇牡丹；果皮多糖；正交实验；贡献率 　　【中图分类号】R284.2 【文献标志码】 A 【文章编号】1007-8517（2016）04-0004-04 　　Abstract：Objective To study research on extraction technology of polysaccharide in Paeonia delavayi pericarp of national herbs distribute on Yunnan-guizhou plateau and the Tibetan plateau.[WTHZ]Method[WTBZ] Extraction solvent， method and time were determined by using single factor experiment， and process factors including ratio of material to solvent， extraction temperature， extraction times were selected and the optimum parameters were determined for extraction amount of polysaccharide.Result The optimized extraction process as follow： extraction solvent was 50% ethanol， ratio of material to solvent was 1∶40， extraction temperature was 40℃， extraction 3 times for 1.5 hours under ultrasonic assisted. The （72.73±3.61）mg/g polysaccharide was extracted from Paeonia delavayi pericarp under the optimized extraction process. The rate of contribution of ratio of material to solvent， extraction temperature and time were 89.256%，7.702%，1.512%. Conclusion The ratio of material to solvent， extraction temperature and time affected significantly extraction amount of polysaccharide，and the optimized extraction process could extract effectively polysaccharide in Paeonia delavayi pericarp of national herbs. 　　Keywords：Paeonia delavayi；Polysaccharide of Pericarp；Orthogonal Experiment；Rate of Contribution 　　滇牡丹（Paeonia delavayi Franch.）是芍药科芍药属（Paeonia）牡丹组（Sect.
