基于临教结合基础护理教学模式探讨   [摘要]目的 探索积极有效的基础护理教学模式,提高护理教学质量,提升学生职业核心能力。方法 抽取我校2016级大专护理1、2班学生为研究对象,随机抽取1班为对照组,2班为实验组。对照组采取传统的讲授式理论课堂教学,实验组采取临床模拟教学与临床见习相结合的模式教学。学期结束时使用相同试卷进行理论考核,并使用自制调查问卷开展教学效果的调查。结果 实验组学生的理论考试成绩高于对照组(P0.01),操作考核成绩高于对照组(P0.01)。实验组学生的学习兴趣、理解能力、思维能力、动手能力、沟通能力、合作能力、综合能力以及对教学改革的认同度均高于对照组(P0.01)。结论 采用临教结合的教学模式可以提高教学质量,提升学生职业核心能力,有利于学校和学科的发展。   [关键词]基础护理学;教学模式;教学质量;职业核心能力   [中图分类号] R712 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721(2018)1(c)-0163-04   Probe on basic nursing teaching mode based on combination of clinical practice a4nd teaching   XU Gui-na1 TAN Gui-huang1 CAO Xue-qun2   1.Department of Nursing,Yiyang Medical College,Hunan Province,Yiyang 413000,China;2.Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Zhujiang Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University,Guangdong Province,Guangzhou 510000,China   [Abstract]Objective To explore the active and effective basic nursing teaching mode to improve the quality of teaching and enhance the students′ core competence.Methods The students of grade 2016 in class 1 and 2 of junior college in our school were exacted as object.Class 1 was randomly chosed as be the control group,and class 2 was the experimental group.The control group was given the traditional teaching theory classroom teaching,while the experimental group was given the combination mode of clinical simulation teaching and clinical clerkship.In the end of the semester,the same papers were used for theoretical assessment,and self-made questionnaire was used to carried out the teaching effect.Results The theoretical examination results of students in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P0.01),and the performance evaluation were higher than that of the control group (P0.01).The learning interest,understanding ability,thinking ability,practical ability,communication ability,cooperation ability,comprehensive ability and the recognition of teaching reform in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group (P0.01).Conclu
