基于微信平台多媒体宣健康教育法对全髋关节置换术后康复效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 观察基于微信平台的多媒体宣健康教育法对全髋关节置换术后康复的效果。 方法 选取60例全髋关节置换术后患者作为研究对象，对照组（n=30）采用传统术后康复教育，实验组（n=30）采用基于微信平台的多媒体宣健康教育法进行术后康复教育，了解两组患者术后康复情况。 结果 实验组患者依从率、术后锻炼动作规范程度评分高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组患者术后并发症发生率、住院时间、接受教育时间低于?φ兆榛颊撸?差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 应用微信平台，结合多媒体手段进行健康教育，能提高患者依从性，降低术后并发症，减少住院时间，提高健康教育效率，有一定的临床推广价值。 　　[关键词] 微信；多媒体；全髋关节置换术；康复 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）20-161-04 　　Effect of multimedia health education based on WeChat platform on rehabilitation after total hip replacement 　　YAO Xingjiao MO Xiaoping GUO Qiuhong LI Guoling LIN Wenqian 　　Department of Orthopedics，the People’s Hospital of Huaiji County，Huaiji 526400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of multimedia health education based on WeChat platform on rehabilitation after total hip replacement. Methods Sixty patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were selected as subjects.The patients of control group （n=30） were given the traditional rehabilitation education，the patients of experimental group （n=30） were treated with multimedia health education based on WeChat platform.After education，the postoperative rehabilitation of two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate and postoperative exercise standardized degree score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications，hospitalization time and education time of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P0.05）.
