夏枯草汤对老年高血压患者血压及血管内皮功能影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探究夏枯草汤对老年高血压患者血压及血管内皮功能的影响。 方法 方便选取2015年2月―2016年8月就诊于该院的老年高血压患者90例为研究对象，随机分为两组，各45例。对照组实施口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗，观察组在口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片的基础上加用夏枯草汤治疗。比较两组患者血压和血管内皮功能。结果 观察组患者ET-1（内皮素-1）为（60.12±7.03）μg/L明显低于对照组的（68.87±7.42）μg/L，观察组NO（一氧化氮）为（57.73±5.95）μmol/L高于对照组的（50.45±6.12）μmol/L，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者24 hDBP、24 hSBP、dDBP（白昼DBP）、dSBP（白昼SBP）、nDBP（夜间DBP）、nSBP（夜间SBP）与对照组相比均有明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对老年高血压患者实施夏枯草汤能有效降低患者血压水平，改善血管内皮功能，在临床应用中具有较高的推广价值。 　　[关键词] 夏枯草汤；老年高血压；血压；血管内皮功能 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）02（a）-0172-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of prunella decoction on blood pressure and vascular endothelial function of senile patients with hypertension. Methods 90 cases of senile patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each， the control group were given the oral administration of amlodipine besylate tablets， while the observation group were treated with prunella decoction on the basis of the control group， and the blood pressure and vascular endothelial function of the two groups were compared. Results The ET-1（endothelin-1）in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group，[（60.12±7.03）μg/L vs（68.87±7.42）μg/L]， and the NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， [（57.73±5.95）μmol/L vs （50.45±6.12）μmol/L]， and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）， and the 24 h DBP， 24 hSBP，dDBP dSBP， nDB and nSBP in the observation group obviously decreased compared with those in the control group， and the differences had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The prunella decoction for senile patients with hypertension can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients and improve the vascular endothelial function， and it is of higher promotion value in clinic. 　　[Key words] Prunella decoction； Senile hyp
