外固定架在创伤骨科四肢骨折中疗效分析 　　摘要：目的 探究外固定架在创伤骨科四肢骨折中的疗效分析。方法 回顾性分析2015年3月～2016年5月在我院收治的50例创伤骨科四肢骨折的临床资料，按照治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组，各25例。对照组给予内固定治疗，观察组给予外固定架固定治疗，分别观察两组的临床疗效及其并发症发生率情况。结果 两组患者的并发症发生率及治疗总有效率存在明显差异，且P0.05；观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术中出血量、切口长度以及愈合时间明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 给予创伤骨科四肢骨折患者实施外固定架固定效果显著，手术时间、术中出血量、术中出血量、切口长度以及愈合时间较低，且并发症发生率较低，因而值得临床日后借鉴推广。 　　关键词：外固定架；四肢骨折；并发症 　　中图分类号：R687.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）21-0038-02 　　Analysis of Curative Effect of External Fixator in Limbs Fracture of Trauma Department of Orthopedics 　　CUI Bing-jun 　　（Department of Orthopedics，Zhangjiagang Hexing hospital，Zhangjiagang 215626，Jiangsu，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the curative effect of external fixation in the department of orthopedics and trauma of limb fracture.Methods Retrospective analysis of March 2015～May 2016 in our hospital 50 cases of trauma department of orthopedics limbs fracture clinical data，according to the different treatment methods were divided into observation group and control group，25 cases in each group.The control group was given the fixed treatment，the observation group given the fixation of external fixation，respectively，to observe the clinical effect and the incidence of complications in the two groups.Results Two groups of patients with complications and the total treatment efficiency are obviously different，and P0.05；the observation group operation time，intraoperative blood loss，length of incision and the healing time was significantly lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Department of orthopedics and trauma patients with fractures of the limbs fixed effect of external fixation significantly，operation time，intraoperative blood loss，the incision length and the healing time is low，and the incidence of complications is low，so it is worthy of clinical days after learning to promote. 　　Key words：External fixator；Fracture of limbs；Complication 　　作?榱俅采铣＜?的骨科疾病之一，创伤骨科四肢骨折的主要治疗方法是采取外固定架或者内固定架的
