外固定架联合MIPPO技术及中医治疗肱骨干粉碎性骨折临床效果研究 　　摘要：目的 探讨外固定架联合MIPPO技术治疗肱骨干粉碎性骨折的临床效果及安全性。方法 对55例肱骨干粉碎性骨折患者展开回顾性分析，骨折依据AO分型：B型28例，C型27例，利用外固定架的临时固定作用联合MIPPO技术通过LCP内固定实施手术治疗，并对手术情况、骨折愈合功能及并发症等方面评价治疗效果。结果 本组病例手术时间为65～110min，平均（85±3.7）min，术中出血100～180ml，平均（153±6.0）ml。所有患者均接受随访，随访时间6～15个月，平均9个月，随访时间结束时患者均获得骨性愈合，6例患者产生桡神经症状，2～3个月均自行恢复，未出现肘关节、肩关节功能障碍及骨折处疼痛症状，所有患者生活恢复正常，患者主观满意度为89.09%。结论 外固定架联合MIPPO技术治疗效果显著，是一种治疗肱骨干粉碎性骨折的有效方法。 　　关键词：外固定架；MIPPO技术；肱骨干粉碎性骨折；临床效果 　　External Fixates Combined MIPPO Technology for Treatment of Humeral Comminuted Fracture 　　SHI Hai-bin，DING Ji-liang，LI Ming 　　（Zhangjiajie City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Zhangjiajie 427000，Hunan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the external fixates combined MIPPO technique in the treatment of humeral comminuted fracture，efficacy，and safety.Methods 15 cases of humeral comminuted fracture patients were retrospectively analyzed，fracture based on AO type： type B 8 cases，7 cases of C type，use temporary fixation joint external fixates MIPPO technology by LCP internal fixation surgery treatment，and the operation situation，the fracture healing function aspects such as evaluation of therapeutic effect and complications.Results Incident operation time of 65～110 min，an average of（85±3.7）min， intra operative hemorrhage from 100 to 180 ml，average（153±6.0）ml.All the patients were followed up，follow-up 6～15 months，an average of 9 months，at the end of follow-up time patients have got bony healing.2 patients had radial nerve symptoms，2～3 months to restore，not present elbow，shoulder joint dysfunction and fracture pain symptoms，all patients return to normal life， patients satisfaction was 86.67%.Conclusion The external fixates combined MIPPO technology treatment effect is remarkable，and intra operative blood loss，blood supply is small，less and less postoperative complications，is a kind of effective method for the treatment of humeral comminuted fracture. 　　Key words：External fixates；MIPPO technology；Humeral comminuted fr
