复发性念珠菌性包皮龟头炎治疗对策 　　[摘要]目的 探究复发性念珠菌性包皮龟头炎临床治疗方法，提高患者的治愈率，为临床治疗提供参考。方法 选择2014年11月～2016年9月来我院治疗的80例复发性念珠菌性包皮龟头炎患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各40例。治疗组采用2%硝酸舍他康唑乳膏联合红蓝光治疗，对照组采用硝酸咪康唑乳膏治疗。观察治疗效果并记录不良反应的发生率，于治疗后2、6个月分别进行复诊，观察疗效。结果 对照组与治疗组在治疗2周后的有效率分别为100.0%和97.5%，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；2个月后治疗组和对照组的复发率分别为2.5%和15.0%；治疗后6个月治疗组和对照组的复发率分别为7.5%和27.5%；治疗后2、6个月，两组复发率比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 2%硝酸舍他康唑乳膏联合红蓝光治疗防治复发性念珠菌性包皮龟头炎效果显著，能有效地防止病情复发，值得临床推广及应用。 　　[关键词]复发性念珠菌包皮龟头炎；治疗对策；硝酸舍他康唑乳膏；红蓝光 　　[中图分类号] R697.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）05（c）-0023-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical treatment strategy of recurrent candidal balanoposthitis and improve the patients′ curative rate，so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods Altogether 80 cases of recurrent Candidal balanoposthitis patients who were treated in our hospital from November 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group，with 40 cases in each group；treatment group was treated with 2% Sertaconazole Nitrate Cream combined with red and blue light treatment，control group was treated with Miconazole Nitrate Cream.The curative effect was observed and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded.The follow-up visit was conducted at post-operative 2 months and 6 months to observe the curative effect.Results The effective rate of control group and treatment group at post-operative 2 weeks was 100.0% and 97.5% respectively，without statistical significance difference （P0.05）；the recurrence rate of treatment group and control group at post-operative 2 weeks was 2.5% and 15.0% respectively；the recurrence rate of treatment group and control group at post-operative 6 weeks was 7.5% and 27.5% respectively；there was significant difference in the recurrence rate at post-operative 2 weeks and 6 weeks （P0.05）.Conclusion Combination application of 2% Sertaconazole Nitrate Cream and red and blue light treatment is effective in the prevention and treatment of recurrent Candidal balanopo
