Methods: The problems of the connection of execution for production and sale of counterfeit medicines in crime judicatory were analyzed from the three aspects: the transfer of cases from the drug regulation department, the difficulty of filing the cases in the public security organization and the supervision by the procuratorial agency. The reasons were explored in the definition of counterfeit medicines, standard of incrimination, legal provisions, mutual recognition of evidence, as well as in the drug supervision system. Results and Conclusion: It is proposed that the definition of counterfeit drugs be revised, judicial verification agency for counterfeit medicines be established, the legal level of relevant regulations be raised, and the division and linking procedures among various departments be made clear so as to improve the connection of execution for production and sale of counterfeit medicines in during crime judicatory.
