套扎法在腹腔镜下大子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨套扎法在腹腔镜下大子宫肌瘤剔除手术中的临床应用效果。方法：随机选取2015年1月-2016年1月前来本院接受大子宫肌瘤剔除术的52例患者，按照住院号尾号的奇偶将患者分为观察组和参照组，每组26例。参照组患者选用腹腔镜缝合进行治疗，观察组患者则选用套扎法进行处理，对比两组患者的应用效果。结果：观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间均优于参照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者术后不良反应发生率为3.85%（1/26），低于参照组的34.62%（9/26），差异有统计学意义（ 字2=7.924，P=0.005）。此外，患者出院后随访一年，两组患者均未出现复发情况。结论：套扎法在腹腔镜下大子宫肌瘤剔除手术中其疗效显著，有效降低了患者术后不良反应的发生率，可临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 套扎法； 腹腔镜； 大子宫肌瘤剔除术 　　Observation on the Effect of Ligation in Laparoscopic Myomectomy for Large Uterus Myoma/LAI Huodi，LAI Lihui.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（03）：131-134 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of ligation in laparoscopic myomectomy for large uterus myoma.Method：From January 2015 to January 2016，52 cases with myomectomy of large uterus in our hospital were selected，they were divided into the observation group and the reference group according to the parity number of the admission number and tail number，26 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with laparoscopic suture，patients in the observation group were treated by ligation，the application effects of the two groups were compared.Result：The intraoperative blood loss，operation time and length of stay in the observation group were better than those of the reference group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.85%（1/26），lower than 34.62%（9/26）in the reference group，the difference was statistically significant（ 字2=7.924，P=0.005）.Besides，the patients were followed up for one year after discharge，no recurrence occurred in the two groups.Conclusion：The ligation method is effective in laparoscopic myomectomy of large uterus myoma，effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in patients，it can be popularized and applied clinically. 　　【Key words】 Ligation； Laparoscope； Myomectomy of large uterus 　　First-author’s address：Huazhou People’s Hospital，Huaz
