奥曲肽治疗不全性肠梗阻临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察分析奥曲肽（善宁）治疗不全性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法：选择本院普外科2013年 　　6月-2014年6月收治的86例不全性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为两组，每组43例。对照组采取常规方法进行治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联合奥曲肽进行治疗，观察比较两组的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果：治疗组症状缓解时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组，胃肠减压量少于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组有效率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：不全性肠梗阻患者在治疗过程中，采取常规治疗加奥曲肽的方法，更有利于患者症状的缓解，临床疗效较好，具有较大的临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】 奥曲肽； 不全性肠梗阻； 临床疗效 　　Clinical Effect Observation of Octreotide in the Treatment of Incomplete Intestinal Obstruction/TANG Cheng，CAO Chao，RUAN Li-qin.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（36）：016-018 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and analyze the efficacy of Octreotide in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction.Method：86 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups，each group had 43 patients.The control group was given routine therapy，the treatment group received routine therapy combined with Octreotide.The clinical effect and the complications were compared between the two groups.Result：The time of symptom relief，the micturition time and the hospital stay of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group，the amount of gastrointestinal decompression of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group，the differences were all statistically significant（P0.05）.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group，the incidence rate of complications of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group，the differences above were all statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Octreotide in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction can relief patients’ symptoms.Its clinical effect is better and it has great clinical application value. 　　【Key words】 Octreotide； Incomplete intestinal obstruction； Clinical effect 　　First-author’s address：The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University，Nanchang 330006，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.is
