家庭治疗在脑梗死治疗中作用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨家庭治疗对提高脑梗死患者的神经康复、社会功能改善及降低脑梗死后抑郁的临床效果。方法：将笔者所在医院收治的206例脑梗死患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组103例。对照组仅采用常规药物治疗及康复治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上增加家庭治疗，为患者进行治疗前和开展治疗后2、4、8周的HAMD-24、功能独立性量表（FIM）和社会功能活动问卷（FAQ），以分析两组治疗的效果。结果：开展4周和8周治疗后，治疗组患者的HAMD-24、FIM和FAQ评分明显优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。抑郁的发生率、神经功能恢复情况及社会功能改善情况均明显好于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：家庭治疗能显著降低脑梗死后抑郁的发生率，对于改善患者神经功能及社会功能效果良好，对提高患者的生活质量具有重要的意义。 　　【关键词】 家庭治疗； 脑梗死； 抑郁 　　中图分类号 R743.33 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）18-0008-03 　　The Effect of Family Therapy During the Therapy of Cerebral Infarction/TANG Shao-nian，REN Lan-zhen，HU Zong-ji，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（18）：8-10 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the clinic effect of family therapy on neurorehabilitation， social function improving and post-stroke depresssion decrease after cerebral infarction.Method： 206 samples were obtained from all the cerebal infarction patients of our hospital， and randomly divided into the therapy group and the control group. In the control group， the 103 cases were given common rehabilitation care and pharmacotherapy. In the therapy group， the 103 cases were treated with family therapy except common rehabilitation care and pharmacotherapy. Hamilton depression scale-24， function independent measure and functional activites questionnaire were performed on the two weeks， four weeks and eight weeks after therapy， as well as pretherapy.Result： The Hamilton depression scale-24，function independent measure and functional activities questionnaire assay were great improved in the therapy group than those in the control group on the four weeks and eight weeks after therapy（P0.05）. The experiment showed that the decrease of post-stroke depresssion， the neurorehabilitation and the social function improved more in the therapy group than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Family therapy could greatly decrease the incidence of post-stroke depresssion， and has fine effectiveness to improve the function indepe
