家属探视情况及对住院患者探视需求影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨家属探视情况及对住院患者探视需求的影响。 方法 选取2014年3～11月在本院住院的35例患者作为调查对象，对患者采用一对一访谈法收集其资料，采用患者探视需求问卷、家属探视情况调查表对患者及家属进行调查分析。 结果 74.3%的患者有探视需求，探视能给88.6%的患者带来情感满足、生活丰富的感受，没有探视给65.7%的患者带来孤独寂寞、生活枯燥的感受。家属的探视频率无法达到或满足住院患者的探视需求，差异有统计学意义（Z=3.125，P0.05）。 结论 家属探视能满足住院患者被关爱的心理需求，给患者带来安全感；目前家属探视频率并不能完全满足住院患者的探视需求，医护人员需加强对患者家属进行心理指导，转变家属对探视的观念，有利于住院患者配合治疗和早日康复。 　　[关键词] 家属探视；住院患者；探视需求 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）05（b）-0160-03 　　Family visits situation and impact of family visit on visit demand in hospitalized patients 　　WEI Zhong-mei DUAN Yong-nuan WANG Xin SONG Xiao-tong 　　Department of Neurosurgery，the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University，Shijiazhuang 050011，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the impact analysis of family visits situation and visit demand to hospitalized patients. Methods 35 hospitalized patients from March to November 2014 in our hospital were selected as investigation objects，the patients′ data was collected with one-on-one interview method，questionnaire of visit demand of patients，questionnaire of family visit situation was used respectively to investigate and analyze patients and their family member. Results 74.3% of patients had visit demand，88.6% of patients were given feelings of emotional satisfaction and rich life by visit；65.7% of patients were given loneliness and dull life by visit.Family visitation rate could not reach or meet the visit demand of hospitalized patients，and there was a statistical difference （Z=3.125，P0.05）. Conclusion Family visit can meet the psychological needs of hospitalized patients of love，and brings a sense of security for patients；currently，family visitation rate can not fully meet the visit needs of hospitalized patients，health care personnel need to strengthen psychological guidance to the family member of patients then let family member transformate visit idea，it is good for cooperate with the treatment and early recovery of hospital patients. 　　[Key words] Family visi
