摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 近十年来，伴随着我国高等教育发展战略的转变，独立学院相继出现并逐 渐成为我国高等教育重要组成部分。独立学院的出现扩大了本科层次的办学规 模，满足了教育大众化的要求，集中培养了基础理论知识与实践紧密结合的高 级应用型专业技术人才，但目前独立学院的发展仍存在不少问题，如果不及时 解决，势必影响其健康、持续发展，其中面临的核心问题就是如何提升教师队 伍的整体素质，提高办学质量，从而培养出适应独立学院办学思路、社会需要 的人才。 本研究首先对能力素质模型研究的理论依据、研究方法及研究现状等进行 了系统整理和综述；接着,分析了 S 学院教师管理的现状及其存在的主要问题； 第三，依据 S 学院的发展战略需求，对 S 学院教师能力素质进行了调查与分析， 构建了基于学院发展目标的教师能力素质模型；最后，结合教师能力素质模型 提出关于教师能力素质模型应用与保障措施。 本研究针对 S 学院教师管理体系中存在的问题，建立起与其战略发展目标 相吻合的教师能力素质模型，从而帮助独立学院实现资源的优化配置，进而为 S 学院及相似院校提升教师能力和教学水平提供参考。 关键词: 高校教师；能力素质模型；管理；保障措施 I AB ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In the latest decade, with the change of higher education’s developing strategy in China, independent college appears successively and becomes a decisive part of higher education gradually. The appearance of independent college expands the scale of undergraduate education, satisfies the requirement of educational popularization and cultivates the applied and skillful personnel who combine basic theory with practice Closely. However, currently, there are some problems with the development of independent college. If the problems can’t be solved in time they will definitely affect its healthy and sustained development. The key issue of the problems is that how to upgrade the competency of their teaching staffs so as to improve the teaching quality and cultivate talents our society call for. Firstly, the author makes the collation and review on more mature theories, approaches and research achievements about competency model. Secondly, this thesis analyzes the current situation and problems on teachers management in S college. Thirdly, according to the development strategy of S college, the thesis makes the survey and analysis on teachers quality and establishes the teacher competency model based on the development strategy of S college. Finally, basing on the teacher competency model, this thesis offers guarantee measures to the application of teacher competency.
