Good location not only provides a convenient traffic conditions for the company, and gives international vision for the company. As a large textile processing enterprises, in the knitwear processing field, T company has a complete production chain, from yarn dyeing to final product inspection, and company has a wealth of experience and strong production capacity. But domestic textile enterprises are facing some difficulties. With a clear market orientation and objective, the companies need more rapid response, but domestic enterprises still exist procrastination and the slow response of the phenomenon. Based on this phenomenon, companies need to pay attention to the time of delivery, quality of products, and communication with customer and so on. Through the practice in T company, the author found the square mick and width can not meet the requirements of the customers sometimes.
