摘 摘 要 W W 集团财务战略制定与实施 摘 要 随着企业经营环境的重大变化和战略管理的广泛推行，传统的财务管理理论与 方法已不能适应当今企业战略管理的需要。财务战略管理作为现代企业财务管理 的一个新兴研究领域，将战略管理的思想方法与传统的财务管理理论相结合，从 长远和全局的角度对企业的财务活动进行规划，有其发展的客观性和迫切性。目 前我国还没有在理论上给予高度重视和深入研究，大多数企业进行的也只是战术 性的财务管理。但随着企业财务环境的不断变化，加强企业财务战略管理已受到 越来越多理论研究者和实践工作者的重视。 本文以W集团财务战略的制定与实施为研究对象，首先介绍了财务战略国内 外研究现状和财务战略理论基础，接着运用SWOT方法分析了W集团财务战略的发 展现状，并指出目前存在的问题，最后针对W集团的实际情况，提出财务战略的 制定和实施方案。其中财务战略制定部分，明确提出W集团财务战略的制定原则， 制定步骤和融资战略、投资战略等具体战略的制定；财务战略实施部分，则从财 务战略实施方案、实施步骤、保障措施三方面进行了具体说明。 关键词：财务战略 SWOT分析 战略制定 战略实施 Ab Abstract W W 集团财务战略制定与实施 Abstract With the major changes in business environment and strategic management of a wide range of implementation, the traditional methods of financial management theory and business strategy can not meet todays management needs.
